What you’ll be doing:

This is by no means a “behind-the-scenes" role, as your work will help the company serve patients daily in a multitude of ways.

The Data Integrity Specialist is responsible for overseeing and maintaining the accuracy and consistency of Eating Recovery Pathlight’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, Salesforce. This role involves collecting and entering data, ensuring the integrity of both new and existing records. The Specialist will also design and implement processes to identify and correct inconsistencies, as well as gather additional data points to enhance records.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Identifies and maintains the quality of the database and data entry while adhering to defined policies and procedures to continuously improve overall data integrity and quality.
  • Perform regular database audits to ensure data accuracy and completeness. Day-to-day data entry functions of creating new records and updating existing records in the database for the organization. Identifying and cleaning up duplicate records.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify factors contributing to gaps, duplicates, and inefficiencies within the database. Decipher and track inconsistencies within the database and make recommendations for improvements and standardizations.
  • Support with various special projects related to database reporting and maintenance.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Salesforce experience required.
  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and flawless data entry skills.
  • Self-motivated, approachable, and eager to collaborate with others, while demonstrating good judgment and a positive attitude.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Excel, with the ability to learn new software.

Compensation starting range for the Data Integrity Specialist role is $22.00 to $32.00. Ranges are based upon market expectations and are dependent upon candidate experience.
