With 30 locations throughout the U.S. and treatment options available virtually, ERC Pathlight meets patients where they’re at to offer innovative, compassionate and comprehensive treatment for eating disorders, as well as mood, anxiety and trauma-related disorders.

We were founded in 2008 by pre-eminent psychiatrists and psychologists and treat 6,000+ patients per year. With the critical need for mental health care and eating disorder treatment, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic, we’re looking for passionate and qualified professionals who will live out our mission to help save the lives of our patients.

What you’ll be doing

In a corporate role at ERC Pathlight, you can expect to be a part of a team that not only drives the mission but introduces it to prospective patients, family members of those in need of care and medical professionals who refer their patients.

In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing and developing financial processes that include the organization's financial forecasting, annual budgeting, debt compliance, financial analysis and external financial reporting.

Essential Duties:

  • Working with all levels of management, including Executive Leadership Team and Investors, to develop annual operating financial plans, forecasts and regular decision support.
  • Integrate finance functions across all 30+ locations of the company. Prepare pro forma financial and operation plans for program expansion, new programs and new acquisitions
  • Lead, develop, and support their team through recruiting, training, goal setting, coaching, and performance management to foster a positive and high-performing work environment.
  • Prepare operating reports for Board of Directors meetings. Prepare quarterly debt compliance schedules and work with lenders on short-term and long-term borrowings. Oversee the daily cash forecast and manage working capital investments.
  • Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Coordinate due diligence process for M&A activities
  • Other duties as assigned.

Must Haves:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Minimum 3 years in a leadership position
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and Power BI
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% of the time, including working occasional evenings and weekends.

Compensation for the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis ranges from $160,000- $190,000 and is based upon candidate experience.
