The Staff Accountant has the opportunity to join a dynamic market leader in the behavioral healthcare industry. ERC Pathlight is continually investing in industry leading technologies, levels of care, and expanding facilities nationwide. This will give you experiences with a wide range of accounting/finance concepts to help further your accounting career.
This role is responsible for maintaining assigned general ledger accounts and examining processes and procedures to ensure maximum efficiency in both day-to-day activities and monthly reporting. The General Ledger Accountant works closely with the accounting and finance team as well as various areas of the organization to ensure the company’s accounting records are timely and accurately recorded.

Compensation starting range for the Staff Accountant role is $65,000 to $80,000. Ranges are based upon market expectations and are dependent upon candidate experience.
