We were founded in 2008 by pre-eminent psychiatrists and psychologists and treat 6,000+ patients per year. With the critical need for mental health care and eating disorder treatment, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic, we’re looking for passionate and qualified professionals who will live out our mission to help save the lives of our patients.
What you’ll be doing:
The People Services Generalist serves as a key resource for the People Team, teammates and managers, providing HR support, analytics and guidance across various HR functions. This role is responsible for handling HR inquiries, managing electronic personnel files, supporting HR operations and data collection, ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies, and supporting employee relations matters. The People Services Generalist is responsible for analyzing data, reporting trends, and making recommendations and process improvements. They will participate or lead cross-functional projects to enhance HR service delivery and efficiency.

The compensation for the People Services Generalist role ranges from $60,000- $75,000 and is based upon experience and market expectations..
