The Regional Director of Nutrition (RDN) is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the nutritional services and the career development of dietary staff across multiple facilities within a designated region. This role requires a highly experienced registered dietitian with deep expertise in eating disorders care, exceptional leadership skills and a commitment to delivering the highest quality of care. RDNs ensure that nutritional interventions are safe, consistent, effective, and clinically appropriate to meet the needs of each patient. RDNs report directly to the company’s Chief Clinical and Quality Officer and work closely with their region’s Regional Vice President to manage the financial and operational goals of the region and to maintain exacting standards of care. The RDN has overall clinical responsibility for the region’s dietary outcomes, dietary programming, dietitian engagement, training and matters related to dietary staff development.
