What you'll be doing:
The Research Coordinator supports the strategic dissemination and promotion of research and outcomes work by coordinating logistics, documentation, timelines, and cross-functional communication. The coordinator ensures research activities, submissions, and updates flow smoothly between Research, Clinical/Operations, and Marketing/PR partners, so findings are communicated accurately and on time to internal and external audiences.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborates with digital marketing to maintain current research and outcomes content on the organization’s website.
- Supports Marketing, Professional Relations Liaison (PRL), and Public Relations (PR) teams in executing research and outcomes marketing strategies.
- Coordinates thought leader communications and schedules to ensure timely delivery of research-related information.
- Schedules, attends, and documents research meetings, ensuring deadlines and submission requirements are tracked and followed through.
- Coordinates the submission and response process for research publications, tracking progress to maintain momentum.
- Monitors and tracks results of publication submissions to inform ongoing strategy and reporting.
Must Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science, Social Sciences, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- High attention to detail in scheduling, documentation, and progress tracking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Clear written and verbal communication skills to coordinate across research, marketing, and PR teams.
- Ability to follow established processes, maintain accurate records, and escalate issues appropriately.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, service-oriented mindset.
Bonus Qualities:
- Experience with project coordination or program management
- Experience in research, healthcare or marketing.

Compensation for the Research Coordinator position is $26.50-$33.65/hr based upon candidate experience and market expectations.
